We do a considerable amount of background checks on our staff, potential hires, and interns. The Guardianship Program of Dade County is overseen by the Department of Elder Affairs specifically OPPG along with the Miami Dade County which requires all of our employees have most of the background checks listed below.

  • Credit Report
  • Driving Record
  • Criminal Record Level I & Level II
  • Drug Test
  • Sun Biz to identify any conflicts with existing businesses under your name
  • Educational Background
  • Employment Background
